After having my third child in 2013, I was struggling with my energy and nutrition. I was grabbing anything that was easy to eat. I felt so BUSY and exhausted all the time, I literally was crashing halfway through the day needing a nap at 3pm. Once I started working out regularly, I also started drinking Shakeology. It was a quick meal, usually my breakfast, that fueled me and gave me SO much energy! Instead of dragging myself through the house I was sprinting up the stairs. I guess my mom of three body was lacking a lot of nutrients and was just surviving on the kids scraps. This little guy would run when he heard me shaking my cup. Too cute y’all!
I will say I was skeptical at first when I was introduced to Shakeology. I was a person that thought I could get all my vitamins from the food I chewed. BUT to be REAL, was I eating well at that time? NO! I was not and the ingredients in Shakeology are all whole food, understandable and good quality ingredients. I did my research and after drinking it for 3 days, I felt a HUGE difference in my energy and it also got me craving healthier meals. My sweet cravings weren’t as strong. I felt like it gave me a great start to a healthier mindset. It makes life simple for my busy schedule and I am in love with the Vegan Chocolate!!!
A typical morning for me has me making the kids breakfast and lunches with little time for myself. Now, I have to do is shake up my Shakeology and I am out the door with time to spare with a nutritious meal in my hands to fuel me all morning as I do errands. Before, I was mentally unable to plan a healthy breakfast for myself, so I would skip it. No more starving and grabbing something fast to curb that hunger anymore. Shakeology has helped keep me full longer and more regular with the probiotics too. Yes, I brought up poop! haha It has also helped my hair grow faster and stronger, as well as my nails with all the vitamins.

^^Another bonus to the simplicity of Shakeology is that you can take it with you when traveling! It is so hard to eat healthy when you are away from home. So knowing one of your meals is healthy helps keep me on track with my eating while out of town.
^^ Shakeology is also my secret weapon to not over indulge at birthday parties or events that have a lot of temptations. I have my chocolate fix before I go. Keeps my cravings at bay and fills me up. Then I just enjoy the social aspect and having fun with my friends.
