Simple Tuna Salad

- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash or sea salt (I use Mrs. Dash)
- 1 12oz. can tuna, crumbled (I like the Wild Planet brand)
- 1 small chopped onion (optional)
- 1 stalk coarsely chopped celery (optional)
- 1 large shredded carrot (optional)
- ***You can add extra veggies or keep it simple. Most days I am in a rush so simple is the way to go!
- Lightly mix all ingredients.
- Chill and serve with slices, chunks, or cubes of any veggie or in a sandwich, or over a spinach salad.
