Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

You can prep ahead of time with marinating the chicken the morning of. Then you just heat up the grill, oven, or electric griddle and cook them. Top with sliced pineapple slices to add extra flavor! Serve with my Baked Macaroni and Cheese and peas to make my husbands favorite meal. :)
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed (I leave this out and they still taste delicious)
  • 1 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ cup Braggs Amino Acid (or regular soy sauce)
  • ⅓ cup Pinapple Juice (I use it from sliced pineapple can in 100% pineapple juice)
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Safflower Oil
  • 4 Free Range Chicken Breasts, skinned and boned (we have also used chicken thighs)
Instructions
  1. Combine first seven ingredients for marinade in a large zip-lock bag for easy throw away. Marinate chicken overnight or full morning prior to dinner.
  2. Preheat gas grill. Cook chicken with cover down on medium setting 20 minutes, turning once.
  3. OR
  4. Heat oven to 350F and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Use the pineapple slices to grill or serve fresh along top of your chicken. Such a great added touch!
