Enjoy this burger with a bun or no bun. I personally like a lettuce wrap, sliced tomato and goat cheese on top. I got this recipe from the book "Eating Your Way To Good Health" by Doug Kaufmann.
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
¼ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon each dried marjoram, basil and sage leaves
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter
thinly sliced cucumber and lemon for garnish
Instructions
Combine turkey with onion, salt, black pepper, marjoram, basil, sage and egg.
