Nothing used to stress me out more than going through the day wondering what I was going to make for dinner that night. I was so overwhelmed, there were so many options out there and I did not know where to start.
I was that hot mess mom, dragging three kids through the store to get ingredients for something that the kids probably would not eat. I would randomly try meal planning but got overwhelmed easily. I felt the need to make new meals ALL the time. It was exhausting and took so much time away from my family, when dinner was supposed to be a time with my family. I was always asking myself…
“Am I feeding my kids healthy meals?”
“Is it normal to always feel this overwhelmed over food?”
“Why can I not get myself together?”
If you are feeling the same way right now, let me tell you…. It’s not you. You simply don’t have a plan yet. Let’s go ahead and fix that today with our simple go to weekly meal plan. Instead of recreating a new meal plan every week, I now use this outline to make life easier and still bring variety to the dinner table.

Everything changed for me when I created this meal plan for myself, to not only organize my dinners in a fun way, but get healthy seasonal meals on the table each week with little effort.

As a mom who can now enjoy dinner time, while also finding a balance between working from home and family time, my mission is to show other moms, just like yourself, how keeping the weekly meal plan simple can take away unnecessary stress.
Oh, and in case you were wondering… that means no more last minute runs to the grocery store with kids in tow or ordering in fast food AGAIN because you are just plain tired. Let’s be honest here… that just plain sucks and wears us down emotionally and physically.
Instead, I want to inspire moms who are crazy serious about being present in their children’s lives, while also feeding their family healthy well balanced meals. These women are ready to make a change and take action.
