HUGE family favorite! So simple to throw together also. Great for a big batch to use for packing lunches for the hubby all week.
Author: www.bairnecessity.com
Recipe type: Chicken
Cuisine: Dinner - Crockpot
Ingredients
  • 4-8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup (NO high fructose corn syrup)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (I use ¼ tsp dried minced garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
  1. Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a 4-quart crockpot
  2. Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl; pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook on Low for 6 hours (I have done high for 3-4 hours before also.)
