Portion Fix Containers

I am so excited to share what the Portion Fix Containers System is and how it has helped myself learn how to eat well balanced portion controlled meals, but also help me teach my family as well. We are their role models and they are watching what we do more than listening to what we say.

Before the Portion Fix System came into my life, I was drowning in stress over if I was feeding my family healthy meals. I was exhausted with all the recipes out there and constant change in what is healthy and what is not. I shut down and just made the easy quick boxed meals and ordered out a lot. It was all I could do to survive the short evenings of homework, dinner, then bed. If you relate to that in any way, keep reading.

I decided I needed to do something different and joined an accountability group and was given the Portion Fix Container System as part of the plan. The nutrition guide broke it down so simply and took away all the stress I was having over cooking meals for the family.

This easy-to-follow system includes seven color-coded containers and a shaker cup for beverages. You’ll use these containers to portion all of your meals, so you don’t have to guess how much you need to eat or count any calories. It is all laid out in a simple plan that is easy to follow.

  • Vegetables (Green)
  • Fruits (Purple)
  • Proteins (Red)
  • Carbohydrates (Yellow)
  • Healthy Fats (Blue)
  • Seeds & Dressings (Orange)
  • Beverages (Shaker Cup)

The best part about this nutrition plan, is that it shows you step-by-step what you can put in each container. You will fill your containers multiple times a day depending on your starting point and goals, so you’ll never eat too much (or too little). Doesn’t that feel so good to know it is all figured out for you, you just get to enjoy the food! Here is an example breakfast, I filled my fruit and carbohydrate containers up and had 1 tsp of almond butter. Then mixed it in a bowl and enjoyed knowing it was the right portion of each for me. 🙂

You’ll even learn how to incorporate dessert and wine into your lifestyle – the right way – so you get the best results without giving up the foods you love! I am all about creating a lifestyle that we can keep all year long. If you want to join my accountability group for support fill out this google form so I can invite you to the Challenge Tracker App. 🙂 Once you reach your goal weight, we will then learn how to maintain it by continuing the Portion Fix system to reach new goals. It isn’t a diet, it is a lifestyle we can enjoy and keep long term!

I would love to connect with you to learn more about you and your goals, so I can best help you reach them. Text me or send me an email, so we can get started on this journey together. Click HERE!
