Sundays are pasta dinners in our house. Here are some recipes that are our go to Sunday dinners.
Our quick go to pasta night is a jar of pasta sauce (Watch ingredients! Check the top 5 ingredients to avoid.), then pasta, and a frozen veggie. Quick simple and BAM we have a meal. To spruce up this meal up, I add in some Turkey Meatballs. These can be made as a big batch and then frozen in bags for future use.
I do not like to make separate meals for my family. So, when I was going through an elimination diet avoiding grains, I couldn’t take away their pasta night. To still enjoy pasta night with my family, I made my own squash noodles and it turned out great!
My husbands dad made this sauce the first Sunday of every month and had the whole family over to enjoy dinner. This recipe has many great memories and I am excited to pass it down to my children.
