Easy to make and can get the kids involved also. Great for a quick pasta night to add in some meat. You could also use them along side or on top of your Baked Potato Bar. Enjoy!! Makes 6 servings (each serving is 5 meatballs)
Turkey Meatball
Super simple and easy to make. Very moist and no dry.

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (I made some with no egg for my son and they were still great!)
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro ( I used 1 tsp dried parsley since I had none on hand.)
- 2 TBS all natural tomato sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Spray cookie sheet with spray. I also lined the cookie sheet with tin foil for easy clean up
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- Roll mixture into 30 1 inch meatballs
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
