Turkey Meatball

December 23, 2016 by Melissa Leave a Comment

Easy to make and can get the kids involved also. Great for a quick pasta night to add in some meat. You could also use them along side or on top of your Baked Potato Bar. Enjoy!! Makes 6 servings (each serving is 5 meatballs)

Super simple and easy to make. Very moist and no dry.
Author: www.bairnecessity.com
Recipe type: Meatball
Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (I made some with no egg for my son and they were still great!)
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro ( I used 1 tsp dried parsley since I had none on hand.)
  • 2 TBS all natural tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Spray cookie sheet with spray. I also lined the cookie sheet with tin foil for easy clean up
  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  4. Roll mixture into 30 1 inch meatballs
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
