My husband’s dad makes the best spaghetti sauce, so we asked him what he does. The only thing we don’t do is use the mushrooms. It will always taste best when he makes it though. He must have that magic touch. We make this the first Sunday of each month as a big patch and freeze extra to use throughout the month. Keeping the tradition going.
Even though it is spaghetti night, we still need veggies most!! Keep your plate small and fill half of it with veggies. I made roasted broccoli since it is a family favorite! We can enjoy delicious food but we need to keep moderation. This is a lifestyle we can enjoy and be healthy! No diet, just a way of living with how we fill our plate. ❤️
*I made homemade garlic bread with my roasted garlic recipe!! I used 4 roasted garlic cloves and 1/2 cup melted KerryGold butter. Spread it on, broil on HI for about 2.5 minutes or when multiple edges start to brown. Keep a close eye on it! So good!!!!
