Simple to throw together and delicious alone, in a salad or served on some Ezekiel bread with spinach and tomato.
Author: www.bairnecessity.com
Recipe type: Salad
Cuisine: Lunch
Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash or sea salt (I use Mrs. Dash)
  • 1 12oz. can tuna, crumbled (I like the Wild Planet brand)
  • 1 small chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 stalk coarsely chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 large shredded carrot (optional)
  • ***You can add extra veggies or keep it simple. Most days I am in a rush so simple is the way to go!
Instructions
  1. Lightly mix all ingredients.
  2. Chill and serve with slices, chunks, or cubes of any veggie or in a sandwich, or over a spinach salad.
